Brooks International helped bring keynote speaker Frank Maguire to General Electric’s Energy Global Leadership Forum in Niagara Falls, Canada. The audience consisted of business leaders from Canada, US, Europe, and Asia. Frank’s speech focused on communication skills and how being a good communicator is essential to being a great leader. The major objective of General Electric’s Conference was to teach the group how to “think differently” about what it means to be a leader and to focus on global leadership, imagination, expertise, and external focus.
