As a speaker, Deion is, in many ways, a truly unusual individual. His accomplishments are unparalleled. He played very well in both sports throughout his tenures in them, and has gone on to become part-owner of the Austin Wranglers, (an Arena football team.) Moreover, Mr. Sanders works for the NFL Network, making appearances on NFL GameDay and NFL’s Total Access. Not limited to sports, he also stars on a reality TV show, “Deion and Pilar: Prime Time Love,” with his spouse, Pilar Biggers.

Business, Leadership, and Customer Service Speaker Larry Johnson

With a client list that includes American Express, the American Medical Association, Chase Bank, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Nordstrom’s, JP Morgan, Lloyds of London and Tektronix, there’s little doubt that Larry Johnson’s practical advice on changing one’s company is considered a valuable commodity. His presentations include the How-To of those changes, including leadership, customer retention, and development of effective work relationships — the critical nuts and bolts of every company, regardless of its nature.

Tom Peters, of “In Search of Excellence” fame, featured the City of Phoenix’ quality improvement program — team efforts which resulted in the city commending his efforts by giving Larry their “Award of Excellence.” PBS has aired that show several times since then.

Inc. Magazine’s Workforce 2000 conference elected Larry Johnson their #1 speaker. He has appeared in every state in the U.S., as well as several nations abroad. As a professional speaker, his record is exemplary. A member of the National Speakers Association, Larry has also earned the CSP designation, an award given to only the top 8 percent of that organization’s speaking members. His education, (a Bachelor’s in Education as well as a Master’s in Psychology and Counseling,) has served him well, but it is his own personal slant to the subjects that makes him such a powerful motivator for positive change. His writing has graced publications all over the world.

Larry’s presentations regularly receive rave reviews. Jennifer Gold, VP at American Express, praises that their professionals are “an extremely sophisticated and demanding group… must get value for their time spent, and the training must be delivered in an excellent manner. You gave them both and then some…” Certainly those are high marks.

Part of Larry’s message focuses on the importance of absolute honesty and constructive confrontation. Another aspect is about leading change. His emphasis on Customer Service and Sales, a presentation by Larry Johnson is sure to empower and invigorate your personnel!

Entrepreneur and Business Speaker Farrah Gray

Not quite yet 25 years of age, Farrah Gray is already a philanthropist, best-selling author, syndicated columnist, motivational speaker, entrepreneur and far more. How does one accomplish so much so quickly? Start early, it seems. At six years of age, he began selling home-made body lotion and hand-painted rocks (to be used as book-ends.) At seven, his business card read “21st Century CEO.” The following year, he was co-founder of the Urban Neighborhood Enterprise Economic Club, whichbecame the New Early Entrepreneur Wonders, of Wall Street. That made Farrah Gray the youngest person to ever have an office on Wall Street. Between 12 and 16, he sold pre-paid phone cards, had a mail boxes franchise, started the Teenscope “Youth AM/FM” teen talk show, and was executive producer of a comedy show in Las Vegas, as well as starting Farr-Out Foods (”Way-Out Food with a Twist,” which marketed a strawberry-vanilla syrup product. Just that one company produced orders of over 1.5 million dollars!

Needless to say, the world was watching. Farrah Gray soon became the youngest member of the Board of Advisors for the Las Vegas Chamber of COmmerce. He was awarded a 3-year term on the Board of Directors of United Way of Southern Nevada at the tender age of 15, and became the spokesman for the National Coalition for the Homeless as well as the National Marrow Donor Program.

Needless to say, when Farrah Gray talks, the world listens. The honorariums paid to him are part of his philanthropic efforts as well. He donates them (along with proceeds from his book) to his foundation, which helps inner-city youth find ways to become entrepreneurs as well. He considers this his way of paying his “self-imposed” youth tax… paying forward, as some might say.

Charming, brilliant, and inspiring, the opportunity to hear business prodigy Farrah Gray speak is not to be missed.

Farrah Gray’s Biography

Farrah Gray is an expert and respected businessperson and leader who trains people in leadership, personal development, diversity, creativity, and business development.

Gray is a 21-year old African-American man who has risen to national prominence in an American “rags-to-riches” story of success, perseverance and hard work.

Raised in the projects on Chicago’s south side, Gray defied the odds and became a self-made millionaire by the age of 14. Gray is one of the great business minds and icons of his generation. At the age of 21, he has achieved more than many achieve in a lifetime.

Gray began his entrepreneurial, personal development and civic engagement as a stellar young citizen at six years old by selling his own hand-painted rocks as book-ends and home-made body lotion door-to-door. At age 7, he was carrying business cards reading “21st Century CEO.” At 8, Gray became co-founder of Urban Neighborhood Enterprise Economic Club (U.N.E.E.C.) on Chicago’s Southside. U.N.E.E.C. was the forerunner of New Early Entrepreneur Wonders (NE2W), the flagship organization he opened on Wall Street. NE2W enlisted, educated and engaged “at-risk” youth by creating and developing legal ways for them to acquire additional income. Gray is the youngest person to have an office on Wall Street.

Between the ages of 12 and 16 years old, Gray founded and operated business ventures that included KIDZTEL pre-paid phone cards, One Stop Mail Boxes & More franchise and The Teenscope “Youth AM/FM” interactive teen talk show, Gray was also Executive Producer of a comedy show on the Las Vegas Strip and owner of Farr-Out Foods, “Way-Out Food with a Twist,” aimed at youth familiar with the company’s first Strawberry-Vanilla syrup product. Farr-Out Foods “Foodfulooza” generated orders exceeding $1.5 million.

As a pre-teen, Gray reached 12 million listeners and viewers every Saturday night as co-host of “Backstage Live,” a syndicated television and radio simulcast in Las Vegas. Gray’s inspirational spirit and grounded personality sparked requests from organizations around the country. According to Naples Daily News, “Farrah Gray touched them in a way few speakers can.” Gray’s sense of social responsibility motivated him to create the non-profit organization, The Farrah Gray Foundation. Among other programs and initiatives, his Foundation focuses on inner city community-based entrepreneurship education and provides scholarship/grant assistance for students from at-risk backgrounds to attend HBCU’s (Historically Black Colleges and Universities). Gray donates his honorariums from speaking engagements (which can be upwards of $10,000) and the proceeds of his book to his Foundation in what he refers to as his “self-imposed” youth tax. Gray’s work did not remain under the radar-screen for long. He was given a three-year term on the Board of Directors of United Way of Southern Nevada at the age of 15 and also became the youngest member of the Board of Advisors for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.

First Premiere Bank and Diamond Financial Products unveiled its newest debit card, The Farrah Gray Prepaid Mastercard®, which features Gray’s likeness on it. The “goFarr” card is designed to increase financial freedom and financial literacy.

Gray is also the Co-Chair of Relational Brokers Alliance Consultancy (RBA). He has consulted with the U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Development Agency in the creation of a youth entrepreneurship institute and JP Morgan Chase to name a few. According to NV Magazine “Farrah Gray is one of the most respected and uncommon business minds to date.”

Gray was also the youngest member of the “African-American Leadership” Roundtable invited by President Bush and the Director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, to set the stage for the upcoming corporate and philanthropic summit being planned for March 2006. Gray is renowned as the youngest African-American to rise from public assistance to business mogul without being in entertainment or having a family connection.

Gray is the author of “Reallionaire” which was nominated by NBC & Publishers Weekly Quill Awards in the category of “Health/Self-Improvement.” His book appeared on Amazon and Barnes & Noble’s Bestseller List two weeks before its international release. “Reallionaire” was also named as the #1 Best selling Nonfiction Paperback Book in the August 2005 Issue of Essence Magazine. Gray’s book and his journey to succeed against the odds have become required reading and part of classroom study from elementary school to entrepreneurship departments on college campuses. “Reallionaire” has been endorsed by former President Bill Clinton, Pierre Sutton, Stedman Graham, Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen. Gray is also a Contributing Author to Chicken Soup for the African-American Soul.

Gray’s honors include Keys to the Cities of Dallas, Shreveport, and Cincinnati. He has received Proclamations from the Governors of Illinois and Nevada, the Mayors of Chicago, Las Vegas and New Orleans and Clark County Nevada Commissioners. Gray’s Awards include The National Urban League Whitney M Young Jr. Entrepreneurship Award, The Indiana Black Expo (IBE), Hoosier Lottery Entrepreneur Award for 2005, The Alabama A&M Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) Award, The Davidson College Love of Learning Lifetime Educational Achievement Award, Central State Award Appreciation for contributions made in the area of entrepreneurship, NV Magazine Vision Award and the American Red Cross Award of Appreciation.

Since his first interview at 11 years old on KVBC Channel 3, Gray has been featured in hundreds of print, magazine, radio and television venues such as: ABC World News with Peter Jennings, Good Morning America, The Montel Williams Show, Life & Style, Tavis Smiley Late Night on PBS, Good Day LA, CNBC, BET, NBC, FOX, CBS, NPR, The Tom Joyner Show, ABC Radio, Neal Boortz, Sean Hannity, Radio One, XM Satellite Radio, Ebony Magazine, Essence, Readers Digest English 2 Go, Gospel Truth, NV Magazine, MBE, Folio, Las Vegas Review Journal, Wall Street Journal, Atlanta Voice, Dallas Morning News, Sacramento Bee and Montreal Gazette. Authority on Business Leadership Jason Jennings

Who do you invite when you want to make your company as succcessful as possible, to cause it to reach its full economic potential? Jason Jennings, that’s who! The very youngest radio station group owner on the planet, his unique programming and sales strategies were revolutionary, changed the way much of the industry works. When he founded Jennings-McGlothlin & Company, a mere three years later, it had become the largest media consultant company in the world! Needless to say, Jason Jennings knows how to make things happen on a very big scale!

As part of research for his book, “It’s not the Big that Eat the Small — It’s the Fast that Eat the Slow,” he spent 18 months traveling, seeking out and digging deep into the fastest growing companies in the world. The result was nothing less than astounding. Just weeks after its release, it hit the Bestseller List of the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today. Now published in 32 languages, this insightful manuscript continues to educate and inspire.

The same research team that he worked with on that book then made a study of over 40,000 companies, identifying the 10 most productive from them. The resulting book, “Less Is More” reveals those companies’ secrets to success. In his latest book “Think BIG - Act Small,” which came out in 2005, he profiled the leadership of the ten companies to have grown both revenue and profits by 10% or more each of 10 consecutive years. As one might expect, this book also came out on all of the bestseller lists. Mr. Jennings’ current effort will examine the values of the world’s most successful, best performing companies.

Jason Jennings manages to squeeze in 80 keynote speaking presentations a year. In 2005, he was one of the top three most in-demand speaking, along with Jim Collins and Tom Peter. His current speech comes out of his “Hit the Ground Running — a Manual for New Leaders.” Count on it to be as revolutionary as all of Jennings’ other works have been!

Who is Jason Jennings?

Jason Jennings is one of the most successful and prolific business and leadership authors in the world. He has spent twenty years founding and leading successful businesses and teaching other companies how to achieve their full economic potential.

Jason was the youngest radio station group owner in the world and his legendary programming and sales strategies are credited with revolutionizing many parts of the broadcasting industry. Later, he founded Jennings-McGlothlin & Company, a consulting firm that became the nation’s largest media consultancy.

He traveled the globe in search of the world’s fastest companies for his landmark book, It’s Not The Big That Eat The Small - It’s The Fast That Eat The Slow. Within weeks of its release it hit the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and New York Times Bestsellers Lists. Now published in 32 languages, USA TODAY named it one of the top 25 books of the year!

Next, he and his team studied more than 40,000 companies and identified the ten most productive companies in the world for his bestselling, Less Is More. The book reveals the secrets of the world’s most productive companies.

His last book, Think BIG - Act Small, profiled the leadership of the only ten companies in the world to have grown both revenues and profits by double digits every year for ten consecutive years. Like his previous books it debuted on all the bestseller charts.

His new book, Hit the Ground Running, A Manual for New Leaders was released in April 2009. The book reveals the tactics and strategies of the ten American CEO’s who’ve created the greatest amount of economic value since the year 2000 and builds a case for a new kind of leader. The Street.com calls it, “an excellent book for leaders who are trying to gain respect and develop relationships.” Leading Blog.com calls it, “insightful and crisply written.” BizEd, the magazine of business schools says that, “Hit The Ground Running offers an intriguing behind the scenes look at America’s best CEOs,” while Publisher’s Weekly says, “the book makes a smart appeal to the new generation of leaders.”

When not traveling the world on research and adventure travel, Jennings delivers 80 keynotes annually with USA TODAY naming him one of the three most in-demand business speakers on the planet alongside the authors of Good to Great and In Search of Excellence.

He says he takes all of that information in, and devises a routine that allows his audience members to laugh at themselves. How funny is he? Marketing Director R. Leigh Curry told Mr. Schwem, “My sides actually hurt by the end of your performance!” Surprising though it may seem, it turns out that the corporate world is downright FUNNY!

There’s more than just entertainment value to Greg’s routines, though. Through his comedy, he manages to teach some very important lessons as well. Flying Fish Presentations

Who Are The Flying Fish?

Flying Fishbiz Futures Consulting is owned by John Yokoymama, who bought the business as a small fish stand. He quickly realized his investment, and built a very successful business, which he now attempts to teach to others.

John Yokoyama Owner, World Famous Pike Place Fish John Yokoyama purchased Pike Place Fish in 1965. At that time, John was one of several employees of the quiet, unassuming little fish stand. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to sell the business, John’s employer offered him the opportunity to purchase Pike Place Fish. As a young man of 25, John was at first hesitant to buy the business. However, the monthly payments on his new 1965 Buick Riviera were taking most of his pay. He decided he could do better on an owner’s salary and went ahead and bought the company…so, originally, John purchased Pike Place Fish so that he could make his car payments - amazing how things have turned out!

Over the years humble little Pike Place Fish became “World Famous” Pike Place Fish, a dynamic, fast-paced retail fish market that’s fun for both customers and employees! The antics of the fish-flinging staff have become the highlight of the Pike Place Market, and have been featured in Spike Lee’s Levi commercial, on NBC’s “Frasier,” MTV’s “Real World,” and ABC’s “Good Morning America”. The “low-flying fish” have been captured on film and immortalized in print by filmmakers and journalists from all over the world. In 1996, Charthouse Educational Corporation produced two award winning corporate training films, “Fish” and “Fish Sticks”. These two videos document the amazing culture of Pike Place Fish and have become the best selling corporate training videos in the world. In a CNN Special Report on January 26, 2001, CNN identified the three most fun places to work in the United States.

The World Famous Pike Place Fish Market was #1!At the company website, www.pikeplacefish.com, John has received many requests from other businesses and organizations to coach and instruct them on the underlying principles that have given shape to his company. To accommodate these requests, John, along with his coach/consultant, Jim Bergquist from bizFutures Consulting Company, has formed a new company, The Flying Fish/bizFutures Consulting Team, LLC.The Team now travels to company conventions and special events where John and the Fishmongers deliver their Fish Wisdom in a way that is fun, educational and inspiring. The team also produces an array of very effective mini-workshops for managers and employees as well as a seminar entitled “INSIDE-OUT: Principles for Creating a Vital Workplace” which is held periodically in Seattle, WA.

Jim Bergquist Founder, bizFutures Consulting Company Jim Bergquist has had a long career as an executive coach, meeting facilitator and seminar leader. In 1983, he founded bizFutures Consulting Company, a management consulting firm that specializes in transformational consulting. His company operates from a powerful intention to show owners and managers how to produce creative organizations, i.e., organizations designed to release and fully utilize people’s natural creativity. Jim says, “When people are empowered to play 100 percent at their jobs, the results are truly amazing.” The results of his work have been featured recently in two best-selling videos called “Fish” and “Fishsticks”. The videos capture the amazing culture of World Famous Pike Place Fish.

Flying Fish presentations feature the Fishmongers from World Famous Pike Place Fish, John Yokoyama, owner of the fish market, and their longtime coach from bizFutures Consulting, Jim Bergquist.

This high energy, highly motivating presentations not only leaves audiences laughing out loud (with occasional shrieks of delight) but with something far more profound and lasting. Participants can take away powerful insights to generate success in their workplace.

The Flying Fish team is out to entertain and make sure everyone is engaged and has a fun experience. At the same time, they open up a conversation for what’s possible at work…like what’s possible when everyone is inspired? What’s possible when everyone loves what you do? What’s possible when everyone has a bigger purpose for their work and for life in general?

To get you started, they have a variety of fun & inspiring topics to look at. Then the Flying Fish would like to interview you and some of your key people to help design and customize your presentation. This interview can also provide an opportunity for you to get even clearer about what you want to accomplish with your event.

Cary Mullen Gives Extraordinary Speech for Household Furnishings Company for Incentive Trip

Keynote Speaker Cary Mullen gave an outstanding 60 minute presentation to the top producers of an International Furnishing Company in Lucerne, Switzerland for their Dealer Award Event. Once again, Cary Mullen hit a home run with the audience and the client. Below is a letter written by the client to Cary Mullen after Cary’s most recent speaking engagement:

Dear Cary,
Thank you very much for your presentation to my customers, to a one, they were absolutely motivated and inspired by your presentation. You know, in the past 2 years, this is the 4th time I have had you come in and present to my customers, and each time, I heard something new, that inspired me to continue to Lunge Forward in my life. I did not think that after all the readings and stories I would still find a new nugget, but you have absolutely done that for me.

Since returning from the trip, I have received over tow dozen emails from my customers thanking me for a life changing trip. Within each of the communication they take the time to mention not just your presentation but your overall presence during the week long event, and that you were even more inspiring in person than you were on the stage. That is the image we wanted to leave our customer with and you absolutely accomplished that. Our goal coming into the meeting was to let them know that we are all faced with challenges in this trying economy, but we have choices. We can change what we are doing, and be better today than we were yesterday, or we can continue to sit on the sidelines and let the game pass us by. Your presentation has our customers reaching out for advice because they want to get back in the game. Wow!

After speaking with the guests, I am reminded of a comment a dealer made to prior to your presentation in Hawaii. Her exact words were “how is some skier going to help me sell more blinds.” After the presentation, she made it a point to come over to our product rooms and said that was the most “motivating presentation she has ever seen.” She still gets your newsletters today. It is messages like hers which are consistent with our operating philosophy of providing a “Best Experience” to all of our customers. Thank you for helping my dealers get back in the game.

Mojo Rising: How Total Confidence Leads to Success

If you are looking to lift your group out of the recession doldrums, this keynote is perfect for your meeting. According to best selling author Tim Sanders, success will flow to people that possess Mojo: a sweeping sense of total confidence that expectations will be exceeded, and that there is enough to go around. If you have this outlook, you’ll be collaborative, innovative and emerge as a leader.

Because of the recent economic meltdown, most people lack Mojo and are more likely to be filled with thoughts of scarcity. Left unchecked, it could hold back people and entire organizations long after the economy recovers.

This keynote will outline a diet and exercise plan to increase your group’s Mojo. Sanders will show the audience how to modify their information diet, reconsider the influences around them and sharpen their skills with education. Finally he’ll demonstrate how gratitude and generosity exercises lead to personal, corporate and community confidence.

Sanders was at ground zero during the dotcom crash, as Yahoo!’s Chief Solutions Officer. He saw some companied and individuals rise up from the ashes and others wither and fail. The difference, he learned, lies in perspective and practice. This customized keynote, taking your organization’s unique situation into account, will give actionable advice on how to return to greatness again-despite the signs of the times.
